 |  | AmeriSnax, a live demo-cooking show, was born in the Fall of 2008 as a part of a late-night variety series. The recipes featured on AmeriSnax are inspired by my friends, my family, the holidays and the various theatre projects I am involved with. I love themes. I love bargain shopping. I also love to get nostalgic and whip out some of the old recipes from 1960’s that both of my grandmothers would serve at their soirees.
I embrace challenges that are far beyond my culinary experience. I am not a trained chef, I’m just a hostess.
I have a passion for entertaining - both onstage and in my home- and I welcome you to my virtual kitchen where we can share ideas, share stories, and most importantly, just laugh. Because it’s not surgery, it’s just a party.
